It is a Saudi firm founded in 2012, specialized in strategic planning, corporate governance, KPI development, and IPO readiness. We have served government, private, family, and financial institutions across the Kingdom and the Gulf, and our primary focus today is ambitious family businesses seeking to institutionalize.

Founder & CEO, Moashirat Alada Consulting

Moashirat Alada Consulting is led by its founder and CEO, Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Suwailem, with nearly three decades of experience in strategy, governance, institutional development, and growth and IPO readiness. He has worked with family businesses, institutions, and regulated entities to move them from dependence on individuals to systems that are run and measured. He puts his experience and professional certifications in service of a single idea: to build the institution a system that makes its decisions institutional and keeps knowledge in the system, so the institution stays stronger than any individual in it, himself included.

He believes decision quality is the true test of advisory quality, which is why he developed the Decision, Impact & Value (DIV) framework that ties every recommendation to a measurable outcome in each of the firm's practices.
