The idea of the model

Is a mechanism for evaluating the maturity of performance management processes carried out by Key Performance Indicators Company and a group of its experts in strategic planning and performance measurement to provide a means for senior management to assess the maturity of their performance (general / individual / institutional) And development, which is reflected in achieving the highest levels of performance.

In building this model, reference was made to global references in strategic planning and performance measurement such as:

• Performance Measurement Maturity Model (PM3)
• EFQM
